Over 15 years of experience in Sales, TA, and AM where 10 of these have been in leadership within a sales and talent acquisition environment. I thrive working in dynamic and fast paced environments. My career trajectory began in sales where 6 months after starting as a trainee I had already been promoted to Management. I´ve successfully trained, developed, promoted, and mentored dozens of people in my career. I believe in the power of listening and understanding what people need and want so that a strong relationship is built between myself, my clients, and my team. With this in mind, I quickly became successful in Client Management and Retention. After learning how to work with clients, I started learning how to recruit and work with candidates. My first jab at this was at Robert Half where I managed the Creative and Technical Recruitment Management team. I had a team of 3 people at the time where I was responsible for Client Acquisition, Management, and Recruitment. From there I went inhouse and worked for bit US based Companies as their Recruitment Manager or Director.

As I matured in my career, I became highly effective at engaging a globally dispersed team to achieve and prioritize goals that are aligned to corporate strategy. I developed strong communication skills that have helped me become skilled at creating and implementing out of the box operational strategies that target the best outcome quickly and effectively. I'm passionate about, and have found success in building out companies' entire recruitment process from sales - account management - recruitment - candidate success. I've helped companies start from scratch through implementing these processes and training and developing employees in each of these areas. I was challenged to partner with product teams to assist them in developing an internal recruitment platform. My experience in regards to candidates, clients, and recruitment needs were catalysts in this process.

Since I started at Revelo, I spearheaded the implementation of the Sales, Account Management, and Talent Acquisition processes and training. I've trained over 25 employees and promoted 5. Currently, I´ve been tasked to jump back into a sales role to assist clients with my technical and global recruitment market knowledge. You can count on me for my Operational and Leadership capabilities. I am most passionate about working with, and helping people.
