Lachlan de Crespigny is the Co-founder and Co-CEO of Revelo, a technology company that operates the largest online platform for US companies to hire Latin America-based remote software developers. Lachlan coded the first version of Revelo and grew the engineering and product teams to be the dominant product for sourcing software developers in Brazil. He led Revelo's entry into the US market, building the marketing, sales, and operations units into a multi-million dollar business. He raised $50M in Venture Capital, creating buy-in around a shared vision to transform how people in the US and Latin America work together.
Prior to founding Revelo in 2014, he worked at the Boston Consulting Group in Sydney, Australia, running post-merger integrations for multinational companies, re-working operations for low-cost airlines, and developing government plans for large green energy initiatives. He completed an MBA at Columbia University in NYC.
