Fernando Kalil

Fernando Kalil  is a skilled finance professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He began his career as an Investment Banker at BTG Pactual, where he advised clients on M&A transactions and capital raising. Since then, he had several positions in top Latin American institutions, including roles as private equity investor and as senior finance executive. 

Throughout his career, Kalil has developed a deep expertise in Strategic Planning, Corporate Finance, Business Development and Cross Border transactions. He is known for his ability to navigate complex financial structures and develop innovative operations with high impact on the business.

Since 2019, Kalil acts as CFO of Revelo, being responsible for the Finance, People and Legal departments. Based out of Miami, he had a leading role in the design and implementation of Revelo financial and legal operations across the US and Latin America, besides the acquisition of 3 companies and a few capital raises in the last years. 

Kalil is an Engineer by training and holds bachelor’s degrees from both University of Sao Paulo and École de Ponts Paristech.
