With 15 years in the market, she has worked in markets such as Agro, Food and Logistics, adding experience in the areas of supply chain and procurement. In addition to national projects, she also worked with global companies such as Monsanto, BRF, DHL and FCA Group.
In the last 6 years, she has been dedicating her career to the Human Resources area, building culture in companies such as Rede Globo (media), Grupo Movile (technology) and more recently at Kavak (retail), leading the startup’s expansion across Latin America.
In her luggage, she accumulates digital transformation projects, structuring areas and implementation of proposals focused on innovation for the HR area in Latin America, especially Brazil, Mexico and the USA.
